Delivery Times
When you are choosing your delivery option you may find the following information useful:
UK Delivery 1-2 days
Includes Monday to Friday only,
COLLECTION FROM: ANDOVER
If you wish to collect this can be done be arrangment only.
If you want to place your order on-line please do so in the normal manner only remembering to select 'collection' when at the checkout stage.
Then using your 'order confirmation email' please send us an email telling us when you would like to collect.

Handling and Dispatch Times
Please note that we are advised by our bank to allow 10 days after banking personal cheques to ensure that they clear. Therefore please allow at least 14 working days from posting your cheque. Orders paid for by bankers draft or postal order will considered as paid once the cheque or postal order arrives at our premises.
We try very hard to make sure that we're not listing anything that we don't actually have in stock, so in almost all cases everything you can see is in stock.
If for any reason we've made a mistake and we don't have something you've ordered we will let you know as soon as possible by email.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item once you've received it, please let us know within 14 days of the date you received it for an exchange or a refund. The item(s) must notified to us within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Special dispensation can be made for gifts, please contact us at sales@absealants.co.uk first to request this. Any items listed at a discounted or sale price are exchange only. WE WILL NOT EXCEPT RETURNS OF ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN MIS-USED OR DAMAGED DUE TO USER ERROR.
How to Return/Exchange Items
Send the item(s) back to us together with your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and details of the items you are returning,the reason for returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please insure the package with the delivery company and request a proof of delivery or signature confirmation, we cannot be held responsible if your package is lost by the delivery company. ANY ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION! We will not accept returns if they are used or damaged! If we receive a returned item from you that has obviously been used or damaged it will be sent straight back to you and you will be billed for the shipping. In short, you must return the item exactly as it was when you received it.
Restocking Fee
In certain instances we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, for example if you order the same item in four different sizes and return three of them for a refund. The restocking fee is equal to 30% of the value of the returned goods, we will notify you in writing of our intention to charge a restocking fee and give you the opportunity to exchange the goods instead.
PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAGE COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
