It expands into the hard to reach voids sets quickly and can be cut to shape.
Does not absorb water over time.
Follow the instructions regarding the temperature range you use it in and you have no problems.

But used as per instructions and at a rate to ensure thorough coverage I estimate it it covers about 3 quarter of claimed area. Suppliers are first clods though. Immediate dispatch.
