I used the two component foam to insulate a precast concrete garage. I use this as a workshop all year round.
The Pros:
1. It was a very effective method providing a good layer of insulation that also sealed all the joins in the panels.
2. Fairly easy to use, technique improved as spraying progressed
3. Easily met the claimed coverage,

The Cons:
1. Can be messy, protective suite, repirator and fully cover eye protection absolutely essential
2. Preheat tanks to temperature in bath of hot water and spray it in warm weather not onto cold surfaces.
3. Spray does deteriorate towards the end as tanks start to empty.
4. How do you dispose of tanks with some residues left in them, Any advice?

Would I use it again - yes

Despite carefully putting nozzles on they kept flying off. so had to be held on. This was not a problem with the cheaper Froth pack. Poor design.
The foam however from both systems is effective.

The product system is very simple and easy to understand.
In practise though the issue of tank temperature can be a problem which greatly effects the application both in quality of product finish and with every pair of tanks you invariably finish upwith product left in the red tanks and the white ones always empty first.
We always had the tanks up to temp though our hot water sprayer and tank shaker system . however you do feel uncomfortable when the tanks empty at diffferent rates.
We found the guns simple and easy to use and changing Nozzles was straight forweard.
I would like to resolve the varied emptying of tanks though as you feel the mix should be at 1-1 which obviously it is not.

Simple to use, pretty much 'does exactly what it says on the tin', for want of a better phrase. A little bit messy to empty surplus for disposal of containers, otherwise no problem.
