The Product did what it was bought for, it remains to be seen how effective the insulation is on the upper floor under floor heating pipe.
The use was not easy but workable, fittings were leaking on the bottles at the beginning and this was after the spanner provided bent open. I used my own to tighten even more. The initial mixture (after the test shots) was not good; one of the bottle flows was reduced thus giving an improper mix and I wasted a lot more product clearing it. The expansion amount was less then expected but due to the area I had to cover I didn’t dare go over again for fear of not having enough product left.
Positives, I could spray into hard to get to area’s between the floor joists, and as mentioned it covered the pipes that needed to be done.

The system was very easy to use, my only criticism is that following a time lapse in using it one of the resins solidified in the tube, we striped down the gun and got it working ok but the resin was so thick it would not travel up the tube. Spare nozzles are easy to change and application of the foam was not a problem. Would I purchase it again? We do a number of jobs that require relatively small amounts of foam, if the longevity of the system is suspect then the cost of the system is not warranted.

Thanks for your contact,the product was described. The reason we tried the foam kit was to replace the smaller spray cans but lads in work-shop found to have more waste. For
the purpose of filling small boat cavities it did not work out so well,We found no problem with the product itself,so if in the future we find a need would have no hesitation in using it again. For the
present shop is quiet and business is

I used the longer hose pack and it worked well. Had to discard nozzles quite frequently together with the 12cm bits of hose used on the end. Having been left unused for a while now it probably wouldn't work with new tanks. Also see review of 600 foam pack.
